Buena Vista is more than just where I live — it’s home. A sacred place where healing runs as deep as the rivers and as strong as the mountains.
I’m a passionate massage therapist and yoga/pilates guide, blending bodywork with energy medicine, sound, and breath. Since 2011, my practice has been shaped by personal healing, world travel, and a deep reverence for the body’s ability to restore itself.
From medical massage and Thai bodywork to cranial sacral and Reiki, each session is intuitively designed to meet you where you are — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether you’re recovering from pain, chasing peace, or simply needing space to breathe, I’m here to hold that space with presence and purpose.
