This unique healing session begins with 30 minutes of guided yoga designed to awaken your core connection, the center of strength, balance, and energy flow. Together, we'll focus on breathwork, alignment, and gentle stretches tailored to your specific ailments or areas of tension. Once your body is open and aligned, you'll melt into a 60 minute massage, allowing deeper release and restoration. The result is a powerful combination of movement and stillness - activating your body's natural healing while grounding your spirit.
